Our Command Center Technology^TM is multi-section checklist that identifies each step of the process, from the borrower initiating the loan request, to the loan closing.

The Command Center Technology^TM, reduces time, redundancies in re-keying information, and provides more accurate and reliable data, through an icon-driven, user-friendly interface that gives each participant an up-to-date status.

The pages that you see and the actions that you can perform are governed by your role in the system. For example, borrowers and underwriters can see all the steps and status of a particular loan, yet appraisers can only perform actions that allow him to view the property address and questionnaire and to upload appraisal documents.

Once a borrower initiates a loan request, notification to other parties is handled via email. All parties can log on to CommFlo to perform their assigned tasks and check the loan status.
